Figures are for April to June 2026, all home types, from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. Across Caledon there were 232 sales in the quarter at an average of about $1,149,300. Alton, Cheltenham and Mono Mills had too few sales to report.
Bolton
Bolton sits on Highway 50 in the southeast corner of Caledon and accounts for 90 of the quarter’s sales across its three areas. It has the widest choice of detached homes, semis and townhouses in town, plus the shops and services of a full-sized community. Bolton North sold fastest, in an average of 23 days.
Caledon East
Caledon East is on Airport Road, north of Bolton and Brampton. It is a village with newer subdivisions around it, and its median price of $1,260,000 is higher than its average, which tells you most of what sells there is a larger detached home.
Rural Caledon and the Mayfield Road communities
TRREB’s Rural Caledon area is the busiest in town, with 91 sales. It covers country properties as well as the newer subdivisions along the southern edge of Caledon, next to Brampton. That mix is why its median, $1,060,000, sits below its average. Buyers who want a newer home with a short drive to Highway 410 usually look here first.
The villages and Palgrave
Inglewood, Caledon Village, Cheltenham, Alton and Belfountain are small villages where only a few homes change hands each quarter, so prices swing and the right home can take time to appear. Palgrave, in the northeast, is known for estate lots and equestrian properties. Its nine sales averaged just over $2 million.
