How it came together
Not every client buys in Brampton. This buyer wanted a newer, larger detached home in London, and a former builder’s model home on Wateroak Drive in Fox Hollow fit the brief: about 2,100 square feet on a 42 by 138 foot lot, with significant upgrades already done.
