The short version
Sandeep Pawar is a Broker with RE/MAX Gold Realty Inc., Brokerage, based in Brampton. He holds four professional designations, brings 16+ years of sales experience across multiple industries, and carries a 5.00 rating from 76 clients with a 100% success ratio.
The longer version explains why any of that matters to you.
From engineering to real estate
Sandeep trained in Computer Engineering, then took a Postgraduate qualification in Global Business Management. Neither is a real estate credential — and both are why he works the way he does.
Engineering taught him that a problem you haven’t measured is a problem you’re guessing at. Business school taught him that a deal is a system, not a moment. Together they mean he doesn’t do gut-feel pricing and he doesn’t wing a negotiation. He runs the numbers, maps out the scenarios, and knows his walk-away point before he sits down.
Sixteen-plus years of sales across multiple industries came in between. That’s where he learned the part nobody teaches: most negotiations are won before anyone talks about price.
Why he built a team around him
Early on, Sandeep watched deals collapse for reasons that had nothing to do with the house. A lawyer who wouldn’t pick up. A lender who went quiet three days before closing. An inspector who missed something that cost a client thousands.
So he stopped sending clients off to fend for themselves. He built a bench — a certified real estate lawyer, a mortgage agent, and a home inspector he trusts — and he coordinates them himself. One point of contact instead of four. And when something goes wrong, it’s his problem to solve, not yours.
Why the languages matter
Sandeep serves a largely South Asian clientele and works in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Kannada and Telugu.
This isn’t a marketing line. Buying a home is the largest financial commitment most people ever make, and it arrives as a stack of documents in dense legal English. He has sat with clients who nodded through an explanation they didn’t fully follow, because asking a third time felt embarrassing. That’s how people end up agreeing to conditions they never understood.
If you’d rather have that conversation in Punjabi or Telugu, you have it in Punjabi or Telugu.
The credentials, in plain language
RENE — Real Estate Negotiation Expert. NAR-recognized training in negotiation strategy. In practice: studied deliberately, rather than picked up by feel.
SRS — Seller Representative Specialist. Advanced certification in representing sellers — pricing, preparation, and protecting your position.
ABR — Accredited Buyer’s Representative. The buyer-side equivalent, focused on advocacy for purchasers.
SRES — Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Training in the particular needs of clients over 50: downsizing, estate sales, and the financial and emotional weight those carry.
Sandeep became a Broker in June 2026, after years as a registered salesperson.
