Source: Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). Figures from January 2010 are MLS® System statistics compiled through The Habistat and retrieved October 6, 2026. Figures for 2000 to 2009 are the totals TRREB published in each month’s Market Watch for the districts that then made up each city: W23 and W24 for Brampton, W12 to W20 for Mississauga and W28 for Caledon. The two sources agree closely where they overlap, but a small step at January 2010 is a change of source, not a market move.
Median sold price before 2010 is shown for Caledon only, because Brampton and Mississauga were reported in several districts and medians cannot be combined. Home-type figures, median days on market, the share sold above list and terminated listings start in 2010. Active listings start in August 2002 and days on market in July 2002. Recent months can change slightly as late-reported sales are added. Averages based on a small number of sales can swing widely from month to month.
